“Craftsmanship Guidance · Skill Strengthening” Training Series - Mechanical Processing Skill Enhancement Training Held at Fangda Group North Heavy Industries
On July 8, the “Craftsmanship Guidance · Skill Strengthening” training series for Shenyang’s machinery, light and chemical industries - focused on advancing mechanical processing skills - was held at Fangda Group North Heavy Industries (NHI in short hereinafter). Wang Yang, Chairman of the Mechanical, Light and Chemical Industry Labor Union of Shenyang City, attended and delivered a speech. Liang Xiu, Deputy Party Secretary and Labor Union Chairman of NHI, also participated in the event.
In his speech, Wang Yang emphasized that the “Craftsmanship Guidance · Skill Strengthening” training benefits more young technicians and helps them achieve transformation from workers to craftsmen, becoming core forces in industrial development. He encouraged employees to pursue self-improvement through technical mastery, achieve enduring excellence through perseverance, and advance their learning through continuous training. The knowledge gained today is translated into the capabilities of tomorrow, ensuring craftsmanship skills and spirit are passed down through generations.
During the training, Tong Hailong, recipient of the Liaoning May Day Labor Medal, and Li Hualong, Model Worker of Liaoning Province, shared mechanical processing experiences accumulated in daily production. They stated that the craftsmanship is a professional pursuit of doing, loving, being dedicated, and pursuing excellence. It is a professional spirit of adhering to the original intention, inheriting techniques, and strive for excellence.They encouraged participants to embrace craftsmanship with total dedication, pursue technical mastery, and perfect every detail. They also called for applying acquired skills to practical work to contribute to company development.
The event attracted technical workers from multiple enterprises, including Genertec Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd., ShenGu Group, Northeast Pharmaceutical Group, Shenyang Lioho Machinery Co., Ltd., Shenyang Hangzhong Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.
