1.Scope of Application
Powerful hydraulic straightener is a special type of hydraulic straightener specially developed for high-strength plates, with hydraulic pressure as the power source. Generally, it is divided into a strong hot plate straightener and a strong cold plate straightener. The strong hot plate straightener is used to straighten the hot steel plate after rolling, and the strong cold plate straightener is used to straighten the steel plate after cooling by the cooling bed, eliminate the defects of the rolled steel plate shape, such as buckling, edge waves, etc., so that the steel plate can obtain ideal surface quality.

3.Product Introduction
The strong hydraulic straightener is divided into the strong hot plate straightener and the strong cold plate straightener according to the plates in different states. The temperature dividing point is not very uniform. Generally, 400 degrees is defined as the dividing point. Straighteners of different specifications and types can be defined according to the number of rolls, such as five roll rough straightener, eleven roll straightener, etc.
The strong hydraulic straightening machine has been gradually applied in the last ten years, which originates from the large-scale introduction of domestic plate production lines. Before that, domestic steel plates with a thickness of more than 25 mm were generally not straightened, resulting in poor surface quality of steel plates, which made some high-tech industries rely on imports for the use of medium and thick plates. NHI cooperated with Germany's Simak Company to design and manufacture two 5m wide cold and hot strength straighteners for Baosteel. The production of this straightener has completely reversed the disadvantages of Chinese plate products in this field. Among them, the strong hot plate straightener can straighten the steel plate with a thickness of 60mm, and the strong cold plate straightener can straighten the steel plate with a thickness of 50mm. At present, NHI is a manufacturer that can design, manufacture and debug all series of hydraulic strong levelers with a width of 1850~5000mm.
