As a national high-tech enterprise, NHI has national technology center, state key laboratory of full-section tunneling machine. NHI cooperates with the academicians and post doctors in research and exploration, who has a complete design, process, manufacturing system and the talent team, with decades of major product development experience, for the tunnel engineering, metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building material, port, chemical and other industries to provide tunnel excavation, sand and gravel aggregate, crushing grinding, mineral dressing, sintering pellets, metal rolling and dressing shearing, bulk material transporting and handling, synthetic excavating and other major technology and equipment research and development, design and turnkey project services.
As a hundred years of history of China's top 100 machinery industry enterprises, NHI has obtained more than 300 patents, including more than 180 valid patents up to now, developed 236 sets of new products to fill the national gap, undertook 8 major national projects, and won more than 200 national, provincial and municipal science and technology awards. The tunnel boring machine, ball mill, coal mill, cement vertical roller mill, large bulk material handling and conveying equipment and other 12 categories of products won the Chinese famous brand, Liaoning famous brand, Shenyang famous product title etc.
