1. Scope of Application
Side scraper reclaimer is a non-standard customized equipment with relatively small reclaiming capacity, which can span the stock pile, scrape various bulk materials such as limestone, sandstone, raw coal, etc. stacked in the silo, and realize the process equipment of storing materials. Linear storage yards that do not require material homogenization, mainly used in metallurgy, mining, building materials, chemical industry, cement and other industries.
2.Equipment Process and Structure
A variety of materials can be arranged in one stock yard, and cross stack reclaiming can be adopted. The reclaiming process of side reclaiming is adopted.
When scraping sticky and wet materials, a side scraper reclaimer can be used to solve the problem of sticky materials on the scraper.
According to the ground belt conveyor layout, the equipment can be divided into two types: inclined type and head up type.
3. Product Introduction
Since 1990, our company has started to research and develop side scraper reclaimer products. Now, we have developed products with various reclaiming capacities, boom lengths and structures, and we have independent intellectual property rights.
Technical features:
It is suitable for various bulk materials and linear non-uniform material yards for storing various materials;
Reclaiming capacity: 60~600t/h;
Reclaiming boom length: 17~29.5m, maximum~36m.
The control can realize the integration of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems to the unmanned operation of the whole machine.
