Test & Research Base
A test &research base of high level is a must to ensure the in-house development of an enterprise.NHI has established a test & research center covering an area of 10000 square meters. To satisfy the test and research requirement on NHI’s major equipment, total 5 laboratories are established respectively for mining washing, cement, belt conveyor, full-section tunnel boring machines and electrical equipment. The State Key Laboratory of full-section tunnel boring machines is a state-level key laboratory set up by NHI with the approval of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2011. The total area of the laboratory is over 6000 square meters. It has a variety of different types of laboratory equipment such as “Full-section tunneling machine comprehensive test bench”, “Φ3. 2m Multi-function full-section tunneling test machine”, “hob rock broken and wear-resisting test bench” , etc. According to the requirements of tunnel construction development, a number of core technology research such as cutter head, cutter, drive, seal, control, measurement from product design, equipment manufacturing, assembly commissioning and other aspects.
Large complete set of mineral milling equipment specialized technical innovation center of Liaoning province, mainly carries out experimental research on related fields of Sand and gravel aggregate, mining grinding. Now the center has a total area of 2062m2, including pilot test laboratory of 1500m2, small test laboratory of 586m2, and a total of 175 sets of equipment. The center not only provides a key test platform for NHI, but also provides paid technical support and technical services for industry users.
