3.Product Introduction
Tube mill (dry process) is the main traditional equipment produced by NHI. It has been developed and produced since the 1970s, and has produced more than 100 sets. It has accumulated a lot of valuable design and manufacturing experience, and the product structure has been constantly updated and upgraded. NHI Tube mill adopts fully closed self-aligning main bearing, stepped liner, angle spiral liner and other technologies to improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption and grinding body consumption. Bearings are divided into main bearing type, double sliding shoe type and mixed type (main bearing at one end and sliding shoe at the other end). The double sliding shoe bearing support structure is adopted on the large raw material mill and cement mill, which shortens the span of the mill, makes it well stressed, and the support is stable. Thickness of cylinder can be greatly reduced, reduces the cost, and is easy to manufacture and maintain. In order to meet the large-scale demand of cement production, NHI has independently developed, designed and manufactured a variety of large-scale tube mills with the characteristics of standardization, generalization and serialization, which meet the needs of cement production line below 5000t/d.
